Thats the man of the night ! He was born in London but currently residing at Sweden .He is very knowledgeable in this field & I think he's really good in what he is doing . He started the session with some rules such as 'No handphones or else you'll have to down a shot of Absolut !' & the latecomers also had to down a shot of vodka :/ Poor thing!  

If you're wondering what is this event all about , Its basicly where each of us gets 9 glasses of different vodkas from the world .........................

It wasn't just because they wanted us to taste it all but Mr.Matthew thought us how to identify the different types of vodkas ! How awesome is that ? My knowledge of Absolut was only 1.5 out of 10 & now i can say that its already increased tremendously to 6 out of 10 ! Yes i'm serious ! I even learned about the process of making the vodka :)

LOL. This is the funniest moment among all that night. Why ?? Cos he asked us all to use the 'nose plugs'(which was kinda weird at first!) Almost everyone was giggling ! So yeah i put the nose plugs on as you can see frm the pic above,lol. 

He gave us all a mini tupperware filled with 'brown coloured sugar' , asked us to taste & identify what is it. So most of our answers were 'BROWN SUGAR!' ........... Then he asked us to take off the nose plugs. The moment we took it off,we all smelt CINNAMON ! :D

The POWER of our Nose is almost 10 times stronger than our taste buds !

Amazing huh ? If you don't believe me, try it ! You won't regret it :)

Next was 'World's Fastest way to make BLOODY MARY' !

I personally thought he was gonna teach how to make it the simplest way , but then...............

He made 10 volunteers to do this ;

:/  Oh yes, I was one of them ! Ignore my facial expression please.

1. Take a mini tomato
2. Dip it into the Worcestershire sauce & Cinnamon/brown sugar
3. Put it into your mouth ,chew it
4. Take a shot of 'ABSOLUT PEPPAR'
5. SWALLOW IT ! 

I can still remember the Spicy-ness(on my tongue) & warmness feeling in my tummy  ..

It was my first time doing that ! But hey, it was FUN & A great experience!

You can try it yourself if you have all the 'ingredients' needed ! :D

The SECOND Session that night was the COCKTAIL time !! 

Definitely my favourite! 

He made BRIAN do the 'thang' :)

I was invited by Mr.Tim Chew (The founder of 'MALAYSIA HOTTEST BLOGGERS') to join this sponsored event at Ecoba last fri & I was allowed to bring 2 girl friends of mine for the event . Seems awesome already right ? We also had free drinks which were beers & shots of vodka(which tasted really good) Thats even more awesome huh ? 

Yup! Thats the man ! :)

Moving on.................. 

The featured HOT FEMALE DJ of the night at Ecoba was DJ KELI HART from Australia !

& also DJ Patricia (which happens to be VJ Joey G's girlfriend! )  

Alright IF you have no idea who is VJ Joey G , I took a pic with him that night :)

There were 4 pretty carslberg girls going around taking Polaroids during that event (I took a few! ;D  )

First up - OVERTIME (A Bar & Bistro concept place)

They have many branches not only in KL area but also a branch at Johor Bahru(Tmn Sutera Utama) & also a few at Singapore. Do log on to their website to get more info :)

As for the beer served there, STARKER is an european beer . Therefore it is more mild & taste a lil bit sweeter than normal carlsberq beer. To people who prefers bitter beer like tiger or carlsberq, I don't think you would be a big fan of this beer then ..

Price : 1/2 Pint = RM 16  ,1Pint =RM 32  , 1 Barrel (Almost 10pints) = RM300

I went to the Bukit Tinggi outlet :) The ambience was quite nice !



Next up ! Lunch for my bro's bday at CHILLIS , KLCC !
If you have not been there before, I shall say Its a MUST TRY !

I wanted to blog about this place so long ago but I always forget when the FOOD is served ! XD

Its to delicious for me to wait i guess. LOL. Anyways, this place is always packed & many Singaporeans are their main customers during the weekends ! 

P/s: Go earlier during weekends (before 7pm) if you wanna eat there . If not you have to wait for people to finish eating although they have tables along the road (which is still never enough) 

Now lets check out the few of my fav food there ! ;D

Salted Egg Crabs ! (No.1 must try)
Price range for crabs are RM 80-110 per kg.


















'Mantou' buns 
-A perfect combination with the Crabs ! 
















Pork mince meat+Salted Fish 'Loh Shi Fan'
(Also a must try) RM8-12 .










BBQ (Fish,veg,squid,chicken & etc)
-Served with their signature green spicy chili paste !
-Perfect appetizer to start your dinner .














Mongolian style Pork Ribs 
-A little spicy but with very tender meat. 

They also have the perfect drink to quench your thirst !

'Ai-Yu-Bing' (Ice lime + Taiwan Jelly)

RM 3 per cup.

So if you're planning to come to Johor Bahru next time, don't forget to recommend this place to your family/friends ! Trust me, You wouldn't regret ! Just remember to bring more $$$$ so that you can order more yummiliciouzz food there to enjoy more !
