MSI Idol 2011 Top 20 !

I've been rather busy these past few days with college & I went for a Photoshoot @ Sg.Wang Fashion City...
Last friday, I received a call saying that I'm one of the TOP 20 GIRLS for MSI IDOL 2011. I was shocked ,cos usually when I join this kind of contest online I would ask people to vote & vote non-stop !( I knw I always make ppl vote for me & I knw I kinda joined too many contest) :S


Well thats 'ME' when I'm online , i guess ? So yeah, I got a shock cos I didnt really ask ppl to vote cos I didn't really think I would get it . Suddenly I was asked to go for a PHOTOSHOOT ??! LOL , I went for it. It was fun & great ! No pressure at all (although the other girls are prettier than me ! Not ALL of them but yeah a few of them ) hehehehe.... I'm just saying so that I can have confidence in myself! LOL ! 


Ok , ok , Its quite of a long story, I'll just make it short k ?

In this contest, 20 girls will be in this semi-final then only 10 girls will make it to the Final stage. For me to be in the next round , 30% of the points is from FACEBOOK VOTING (I need at least 500 votes to be safe) , then there will be ROADSHOWS at various SHOPPING MALLS at KL & PJ this coming SAT & SUN from 11.30am - 7pm. (schedule will be out soon)  VOTINGS in Shopping malls are also taken ON THE SPOT where ppl have to write their names & etc to vote for their favourite MSI GIRL.

Well I've been thinking (I do think quite alot at times XD ) ... Happiness is a big word BUT it doesnt need big things to occur to make a person happy ! Even small little things like an SMS or even a word could make a person happy ! True ? 

HAPPINESS = SMILE,GIGGLES & LAUGHTER ????

I know you must think I'm crazy ,the way I'm blogging is as if I'm some sort of online dictionary explaining to you the meaning of HAPPINESS . Ok I'm NOT. :) Moving on.....  I would like YOU to ask yourself these questions;

~ Are YOU happy with your job/studies ?

~Are YOU happy being with your bf/gf/wife/husband & etc ?

~Are YOU happy with YOUR LIFE ?

If 2 out of 3 or 3 of your answers are YES then I'm pretty sure your life is GOOD & filled with HAPPINESS ! If your answers are mostly NO or ALL NO , then you seriously need to buck up & make changes in your life. Not in a bad way, but in a good way whereby YOU take INITIATIVE to do more stuff / to change your perception on some stuff about yourself, with family/frens & etc. 

WHY ? Because we all do not know where life will take us & we do not know when we will die.. So why not start making changes now instead of holding on to whats negative in our life ? I'm sure you would agree with me on this ,don't you ? 

Therefore, if you think you can make a change for the better , DO IT ! Don't be afraid to lose your pride or whatsoever because you will regret it when people around you gets tired of your negative behaviour someday.. Everyone has their good and bad behaviour & I'm not asking you to change into a whole diff person.. Just part of you. :) I hope this post helps you in life !

Chinese New Year updates !

Hey ! How was your CNY celebration this year ??
To any readers who is reading my blog for the 1st time, HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR ! 
& Of course, WELCOME ! :D

Well as i've mentioned in my previous post , My CNY this year has been rather boring or shall I say , not so fun ? To my family & friends, do not get offended by this. What I'm trying to say here is , as I get older I realise that CNY is much more fun when I was much younger & smaller.. From the outfit(small sized cheongsam) to the times where all childrens run around and play ? HAHAH, Yeah I MISS ALL THAT ! I found these 2 pics of me in 'SMALL SIZED CHEONGSAM' when I was so much younger........ :)

Desaru Beach ....

My family & I went to desaru just for a few hours to check the place out for my godpa's grand 60th bday bash this coming april 30th. *EXCITED* Its all not confirmed yet, but nevertheless ,its gonna be grand & of course FUN ! MISS ME ?? LOL ! It's the 3rd day of CNY , What have you been doing ? As for me, honestly this year's CNY is kinda bored for me.. :C Besides the fact that I get to collect Ang-Paosss ! hehehe... As you can see I still have the time to cam-whore ! Actually im kinda busy today since I helped my mum with the cooking :) I LOVE COOKING btw *winkx* Yes , im serious ! I'm not the kind of girl who is doesnt know how to cook rice or fry fish... I can cook ! *not that i'm bragging !* Dont get the wrong idea alright folks ! I enjoy cooking for my loved ones :) Even simple dishes or just simply fried mee can make me feel contented when I see them eat (unless its not eatable !hahahahh!) XD  Gonna go to church in a bit! 

P/S: I really feel like going for a holiday with friends ! I duno y,prolly cos i went to desaru with family yest for a short while , & I miss the P.D trip with college mates last semester !(U may check out my previous post on that trip if you've missed out on it) hehehe...

I also hope this Lunar New Year will be a great one for you & your family ! It's a great time to bond with family  which you seldom meet & maybe first time meeting :) 


As for me , Yesterday nite my family & I went to my aunty's house to have our reunion dinner (dads side) ...Each family brought 2 dishes each ,this year its 'Pot Luck' dinner ! It was great ! For today, we will be going to my mum's side to visit & yes! definitely collecting my 'Ang-Paosss'! 


Will blog abt my dinner yest & the rest of my CNY celebration soon ! (hopefully i have the time)
