Early CNY dinner at The Royal Flush .

The Royal Flush 

                                                    Ara Damansara

We started the early CNY dinner with the tradition of having the 'LOU SANG' of course :)

There were toooooo many of us , so we had to take different group pics ! LOL

We then proceeded with the food ! 

Let me warn you though , the food pictures will make you drool !! XD

Well it tasted damn good !! So enjoy the pics people ! 

To start of the dinner , we had the Crispy salmon flakes wrapped in wantan skin which was an extremely good combination !

Twin cold combination ! Dried oyster with a slice of abalone topped with cucumber and cherry tomatoes ! The abalone and oyster was perfectly cooked . The texture was just nice unlike some that I've tasted which was like hard and 'rubber-ish' .

The Dim Sum combination of fishball ,siew mai & xiao long bao !

I loved the juicy xiao long bao :)

Grilled Scallop Bacon had a slight sweet taste and it was juicy in the inside ..

Grilled Pork Ribs was one of the best dish of the night !
Super succulent ribs! The meat tasted just right , the meat was just nice.

Grilled Cod Fish is my fav dish for the night !

Perfectly cooked!

The meat was so soft , as i ate it , it felt like it just melted in my mouth :)

After all the meat , of course we have to eat some green veg !

Veg of the day was Asparagus :)

love it ! Good combination with the bonito flakes ,I would say .

Abalone fried rice !
Superb fried rice with the big piece of tender abalone!
My first time eating abalone with fried rice :)

Double Boiled Bird Nest for dessert ! 

Warm & Sweet birds nest soup to end the meal for the night. 

Overall , it was a great meal at The Royal Flush with girls ! As for the food , I personally think their cooking is good and I would definitely recommend people to try their cooking . Great cooking combination & friendly staff :)
