It is a good deal if its a place where the price will boom up higher in the future if you intend to sell the property.IF you are buying the property for investment,you should really get it at a good pricing area.
If you are thinking of Selling your property, I would advise you to also do some research on current prices & NEVER ACCEPT YOUR FIRST OFFER! It may not be the best thing to do because first offer does not mean its the BEST already even if the offer is good. Always get a few quotations from different agents/companies to make you sure of your decision. Other than that, just keep the Negotiation going on as long as possible to get a good price!
